How to group data by coefficient of variation?
There is a data set (a highly uneven distribution of 59 values) that needs to be divided into 10 groups so that the spread of values within each group is approximately the same. As far as I understand, it is possible to compare the coefficients of variation (CV), but I still can’t imagine how to automate this process in MS Excel. Is it possible to determine from the CV of the entire population what will be the overall CV for each group? Or does it require a completely different approach?
I will be especially grateful for the solution algorithms directly in MS Excel.

I suspect you need something called "k-means clustering".
