How to make links from text in Calc or Excel?

There is an excel file with data. Sites are in the first column. How to select all of them so that you can make links from them and you can use them to go to these sites with the ctrl pressed?
Preferably in OpenOffice or Excel.

The link in the cell and the value of the cell are different parameters.
A macro can set one parameter to another and then the link will work.
