Everyone now has a playlist name "Favorites", on YouTube, in English?

This flaw in localization was discovered a long time ago (when YouTube last changed the design), since then it has sent responses to Google more than once, but the problem (more precisely, a minor flaw in localization) is still present.

As it was found out empirically, the problem is on YouTube's side. The English name of the playlist is present both in the Android application and in the browser and when logging into an account on a third-party PC. Moreover, if you go to the playlist itself, then its name displays correctly there (both in the browser and in the application).
I also noticed that some have a "Favorites" playlist icon with an asterisk, and not with a regular playlist icon. Is this also the case for everyone?
And on the second account, which has a YouTube channel, there is no "Favorites" playlist at all o_O Although it cannot be deleted. this is the default playlist.
