How to play Youtube video in background?

Need a plugin that can upload a video to Youtube and have a simple API to stop and play the video.
The video itself will play in the background. You won't be able to use the tag, because the video itself weighs 16mb, from which the page will take a long time to load

I recently did this on my website. Ochenb even turned out pretty.

but .. using a video from YouTube not through their player is prohibited by the service. really... well, you know...

In my opinion, when you make a built-in player from YouTube, then there is an auto start option. Is it necessary?
