Reuploading someone else's videos. How not to get a hat from YouTube?

I want to upload other people's video reviews to the product cards on the site. Monetization is not needed, but links in video descriptions to other sites are also not needed, so only re-upload with cropping of any intros and branded shots.
Questions:
1. Is it possible to make the channel on YouTube itself somehow hidden? Like, access to the video via a link or something like that?
2. Will re-uploads be detected by authors and copyright holders? And what is the risk, if so?
3. Is it possible to do something so that it is not detected?

No.
Yes. A strike will be thrown and the channel will be removed.
You can try to mirror the video, it can ride.
