Everyone is stuck with the latest version of Photoshop CC on Mac and how to deal with it?

I have a Macbook Air 2015 13" with 8 GB of memory on board. All the applications needed during the development process work without a single complaint. And only Photoshop is constantly stupid (any psd file, no matter the size or number of layers).

CC2015.1.1 is stupid, fact. I'm sitting on Windows though, but with i7-4790, 8 GB of RAM. And the brakes, and some glitches ... There was no such thing on CS6, and it's not to say that the functionality of these two versions is fundamentally different.
