Evernote - Is Really Advanced Search Possible!?

Hello, is it possible somehow in Evernore when searching to use syntax like Parentheses () or Tag Addition operations, so that we can display in ONE search result the record "(tag:Car+tag:Red) + records (tag:Car+ tag:Blue)"
By default, if I enter these 3 tags (Car, Red, Blue) Evernote will only show the few entries that have all 3 tags at the same time! and if you use the "any:" operator, then it will display ALL records where there is at least one of these tags!
I want to make a Base of various details and ideas on the Evernote Base (there will be a lot of categories) and I would like to simply add and subtract various tags to get only those very necessary 20-30 entries in the output from 40,000 titles) can someone suggest another one for such a task program?
There is also an advanced " Formal Search Grammar " syntax, but I couldn't figure out what it is and how it works! when you enter into the built-in search of Evernote, nothing happens, perhaps this is applicable only when writing third-party programs and plug-ins .... (please tell me what it is and where it is possible to use it, you can in a nutshell) Thank you!

@LexxDi

This
and there is what you need, connect the cloud API and everything will work, in the local, of course, there is no such
problem without programming right off the bat, look towards Desktop Search , maybe some Copernicus will do
