Evernote analogue with sharing?

I used Evernote to store business tasks, now I need to create a notebook and give access to it to another person. In the free version, you can not give access to editing, which does not suit me.
Is there any free analogue that would perform the following functions:
- Records - text information with attached pictures and files
- Records are divided into tags
- Notepad can be shared with several people and given the opportunity to edit it.
- Mobile version preferred.
- Ideally, if you can create a recording template.
