Hello, please advise a service (preferably free) for organizing a subscription to offline events. What is required of him:
- give users a link to register - for example, there is a standard form everywhere, the user goes through the registration procedure
- viewing the number of registrations through the site, viewing the total user base
- notifying registered users about the upcoming event so that they do not forget. It is this item that is missing in Google forms =)

Events are held within the framework of the .NET User Group in Kiev, if anyone is interested.
