Evaluate the configuration for the applicability of the hackintosh, will it start?

Please rate whether Mojave will start on such hardware?
Tell me how to get along with Windows and MacOS on a hackintosh, I suspect that there will be many pitfalls.

The configuration is great.
Windows and macOS get along well with each other both on the same disk and on different ones, the main thing is to use the Clover bootloader.
First you will need to install macOS, partition the disk into GUID layout in it and install macOS (you can partition the disk into partitions both during installation and after in Disk Utility).
To then install Windows on the same disk, you will need to separate the partition for Windows and format it in Fat32 (MS-DOS) and install Windows on it.
If you already installed the Clover bootloader on the same disk before installing Windows, then most likely Windows will overwrite the bootloader on the disk and install its own bootloader, so you will have to boot into macOS from a bootable USB flash drive and install the bootloader from under macOS again (you can, of course, from under Windows, but that's another story).
