Is it possible to install OS X on non-Apple hardware?

Can I install OS X on my hardware? It 's not clear
from the OS X Mavericks license agreement https://www.apple.com/legal/sla/docs/OSX109.pdf .
Those. there are sentences like: "I. Backup. Apple boot disk code and firmware are only provided for use on Apple branded hardware"
But that doesn't answer the question for me, because their license can be interpreted in different ways. It's written in a way that's not transparent.
Here are a few more points from the license:
1. General
.... You agree that the terms of this License apply to any Apple-branded software that may be preinstalled on your equipmentApple brand, unless such product is accompanied by a separate license to which you agree when using the product. ...
2. Licensed Uses and Restrictions
... For example, the terms of this single copy license apply if the Apple Software you received was installed on Apple-branded hardware . ...
D. System Requirements : Please note that the Apple software is only supported on Apple-branded hardware that meets the system requirements specified by Apple.

Can I install OS X on my hardware?

No.
What is not clear there? Is it difficult to read the entire text in Russian? The license states the need to use "Apple-branded equipment" throughout.
Come on!
An explicit prohibition is written in black and white on page 209:
H. Other restrictions on use. The terms of this License do not permit You to install, use or run the Apple Software on any other brand of computer;
