Please comment and criticize the layout of my first site on Bootstrap 4.

Good for a first site.
What immediately caught my eye:
1) Design. Well, this is a fierce trash, if you want to be not only a layout designer, but also a designer, study modern trends. ( https://ichigarev.ru/veb-dizayn/trendyi-veb-dizayn... look at the link, here you don’t even pay attention to advice, but just look at the pictures how a modern site should look like). There are also a bunch of aggregators where designers post their work, all this is a must for review.
2) Regarding the layout, I clicked a little, there are no particular sins, many experienced workbenches have no better code. Pay attention to the errors in the console. And do not get carried away with the bootstrap at first, try to make up a page without it, you are not the only one alive, and if you get used to it, nothing good will happen.
3) Optimization. You have already been told about this, check the sites at https://developers.google.com and correct the errors. All pictures are compressed before uploading, here's a service for this https://tinypng.com
4) Train on a normal layout for example . Take it and do it slowly, do your best, it will be enough for you for a couple of months, I think.
