ESXi 6.5 u2 system screw shows 0 bytes of space, settings are not saved, why and what to do?

There were always about 30GB free on the intel s3710 200Gb system screw. All SWAP is also on this screw. ESXi 6.5u2 system has 64GB of RAM. There is another machine on the same screw, it starts automatically with the system, until it has time to start everything works, but after 60 seconds, it auto-starts and this machine hangs, all indicators on the system screw become Busy, Free, Volume - "0" B

I guess I miscalculated the space and it's running out. And everything would be simple if there was not one BUT. No ESXi settings are saved, no autostart is turned off, no SWAP is transferred to another screw (((
How can I delete something unnecessary, for example, a snapshot of another VM on the same screw?

What to use SSH or safe mode? And what directory to look for? Or is there another way to do it?

If I understand correctly, the server boots and hangs when 2 VMs start. Who prevents you from stopping the loading of 2 VMs while it has not yet loaded? The first one still starts the ESXI hypervisor.
If this option does not help, I would take out the screw, connect it to another hypervisor, move 2 VMs there, because of which the place goes to 0. Then I would deal with the free space.

In general, from the 3rd attempt, I managed to stop the inclusion and moved the car to another screw!
