ESP8266 nodeMCU stopped flashing how to revive?

The nodeMCU module with ESP 12F stopped flashing. The latest test firmware set pins D0 D1 D2 D3 to LOW at startup. After that, the module, when trying to download the code, blinks with a diode at a frequency of 800 ms and the download does not occur. Sometimes the download starts and the LED flashes quickly, as it should, but after a few seconds the firmware breaks. I also noticed that every time the board is turned on and RST, a message is output to the port monitor at 74880 baud:
