ESP-12 (esp8266) not working after reboot. What's wrong?

Hi all!!!
I have esp8266-12 and arduino uno. The esp8266 has its own power, I'm flashing the esp8266 through an arduino.

Arduiono UNO  ----------   esp8266
RX                     --------->   RXD
TX                     --------->   TXD
GND                  --------->   GND, GPIO0
----------------------------------------------

After flashing, all AT commands work fine, but after a reboot, none of the AT commands work.

To reset, you need to turn off the power. WDT RESET works but very long wait.
