Is the official arduino software suitable for the Chinese NHduino clone?

Decided busy arduishka after reading the post on Habré. On the advice of the author ordered NHduino. But I don't know where to download the software. Is the official software suitable or do I need to download from some third-party sites?

The Arduino IDE is based on the AVR-GCC and can be written on for almost all ATMega and ATTiny microcontrollers and on several types of programmers.
I personally wrote projects on it and flashed it into absolutely clean ATTiny13, so the main thing is that the programmer is supported and there is a preset of settings for the controller, and there is plenty of this on the Internet, as in principle there are alternative environments for arduino.
