Error when working with svg sprites svg4everybody.js. Is there a solution?

Google Chrome

If you run gulp on a local server or via openserver, then there is no error and all icons are displayed.
If you run just an index file, then the icons are not loaded, an error appears
Unsafe attempt to load URL file:///path to the SVG sprite from frame with URL file:////path to index.html. 'file:' URLs are treated as unique security origins.
the error appears in Google Chrome in FireFox it is not.
