Error when updating Windows 8.1 Embedded Industry Pro?

Good day friends, I have a computer with OS: Windows 8.1 Embedded Industy Pro, I decided to download updates, because .NET Framework 4.8 is not installed, for the desired program to work. But, an unknown error got out (in the picture.) Googled, solved. None of the above methods helped. Tell me, has anyone encountered this problem?
