Error when starting a bootable USB flash drive with Ubuntu?

Hello!

I installed Windows, it's time to install Ubuntu (20.04.1), but errors occur:

1. A few lines like this: usb 4-3: device descriptor read/64, error -110
2. Ubuntu icon and loading
3. Many lines such: stdin: Not a typewriter (30-40 pieces), and after them:
Unable to find a medium container a live file system
Attempt interactive netboot from a URL?
Yes no ( default

yes )
I read on the Internet that this could be due to a lack of power in the usb ports, but for some reason I think that this is complete game
. I was also advised to install older ubuntu. Installed 18.04, but it did not solve my problem.

Install ventoy on a USB flash drive , then upload the images to a USB flash drive and boot from it.
