Error setting counter. How to decide?

Good afternoon. I decided to install a counter on joomla. It seems that I did everything as it should:
Extension - modules - create - html code. But when saving, it gives me this error, which is incomprehensible to me.

1. Do not paste the code with the visual editor enabled - almost everything will be erased.
2. Your error is not related to the installation of the counter, see what is in the file public_html/libraries/cms/application/cms.php
Try to change the php version on the hosting.
