Why does the site have a 404 page instead of a site?

The customer threw the archive with the site and it doesn’t start for me, I
constantly see “Unfortunately, such a page does not exist”,
although the previous site was also on Joomla and everything was fine there.
Help how to fix this?

Error 404 indicates that the page at the specified link does not exist!
There are two possible options: either there really is no such page, or the link is incorrect!
Did the customer create the site locally? And where are you launching it? Most likely, the paths to the pages of the site are not correctly spelled out in the links. Check where the links lead...
