An error appeared on the northview.ru website with the following content:

Fatal error: Namespace declaration statement has to be the very first statement in the script in /var/www/u0303027/data/www/northview.ru/libraries/vendor/joomla/uri/src/UriInterface.php on line 9

in line 9 in the specified directory only: namespace Joomla\Uri; Lines 8 and 10 are blank. How to fix the error?
