Error loading attempted_write_to_readonly_memory?

Hey Habr! I ran into a problem when loading Windows, this error occurs, but it does not occur with every boot. Updated the drivers and the rest, but the error did not dare. Watched through BlueScreenViev, the screen will be below. 61d683b1c0a7e895571361.png
I would like to know what is causing this error and how to solve it. Thanks in advance!

The error is due to the driver attempting to write data to read-only memory.
It is solved by checking the RAM (mdsched.exe is called in Windows), updating the drivers, restoring the MBR master boot record , checking the system disk with checkdisk for errors. Also check the programs and services that are in startup.
