Error installing Photoshop. Can you help?

When I download Photoshop, or any other programs from Adobe, I get this error (pictured). Translates as "Insufficient disk space, clean the disk." Although I have a lot of memory. Please help, answer as detailed as possible. And do not say that you need to clean the disk, reinstall the installer, restart the computer. I tried this a long time ago.
