Error in Active Directory Administrative Center?

Win server 2012 r2 as the main domain controller + win server 2016 as a backup
The essence of the problem:
When editing any data (creating \ deleting \ editing a user, group), the Active Directory Administrative Center crashes with this error on both servers , but all changes are saved :
