What problems can there be when connecting a client behind NAT to AD?

There is

a computer entered at the stand behind NAT, entered into AD, an object appeared in Computers, authorization works, gpresult displays a list of necessary policies (changed OU), but there is no DNS record, how does it work in terms of addressing (ip)? Will the same addressing behind several routers be a problem?
