How to re-register a computer in a domain?

There is a network with computers consisting in the Active Directory domain. Unfortunately, the domain controller has been lost. An identical domain controller was entered into the network (everything is the same, server name, DNS server name, DNS domain name, FQDN domain name, static server IP address). However, computers give an error: "Unable to establish a trust relationship between this workstation and the main domain."
