How to fix error with windows permissions on Samba server?

There is a samba server (debian wheezy) included in AD and it stores a large network folder with user data.
I stand in the folder owners (DOMAIN \ OWNER), assign, delete rights for domain users - everything is OK.
I put the DOMAIN \ Administrator folder in the owners (it is assigned without problems), but in the window for changing access rights, there is a cross on it
https://yadi.sk/d/RsVl8t3mWhJzm
and when adding / Changing properties gives "Access Denied"
On the server itself (debian), the rights change and are displayed when changes are made. But I can't actually change the owner of the folder correctly
