Error getting product price?

An error occurs when adding a trade offer to the cart: "Error getting the price of the product."
In particular - the Add2BasketByProductID function I looked
through everything that is possible - currency (base, default rate), price types are set correctly (user groups), access rights to the TP infoblock are also set up normally.

Where else can you look?
