Is it possible to give rights to edit information without full access to the site?

Expanded: site on Bitrix, I want to transfer the site to the copywriter for content with full access to editing information (creating and deleting pages, adding content), but I do not trust so much to transfer full access to the code (to exclude the possibility of stealing an expensive template).
PS The site is not big and is under development, I would not want to bother with Git.

Not familiar with Bitrix.
But for any CMS, the following solution should be available:
1) Creation of a content manager role for a certain type of CMS content (the role carries the necessary restrictions on CMS objects and the FTP directory);
2) Creating a content manager user account and assigning it to a role;

If the site is made on infoblocks, then there are no problems.
There is a special content editor user...
He does not have access to the code.

depending on what and where, in general, yes, but no one does this, because there are too many places where you can edit on the site, this is aggravated by a poorly developed "media library", in fact, no one uses it, as a result, files are placed via FTP (there is also the possibility of a drag drop but few people use it)
It is also required to edit index files, and here and full access is not far away, everything depends on the need
. Write in more detail what you would like.
