Error creating SCCM client, what's the problem (are there any logs)?

I create a client on the CLI-B station, it is running, pinging, but I don’t understand why the error (see screenshot).

Unable to connect using "Machine Account", what is this account? And how can I fix this problem. Thank you.

Dear Begginer_serg , Based on your previous question: How to set up SCCM on Windows Server 2019 to install... it can be concluded that you have not dealt with SCCM before.
