Error code 43 on HP Pavilion 15 laptop, how to fix?

Reinstalled Windows 10 Pro 2004
After installation, as usual, installed all the drivers, the following error was found in the task manager on the AMD R7 260 video card (This device was stopped because it reported a problem with Error Code 43). Nothing helped, I removed the drivers via Driver Unistaller, downloaded the driver from the official site, installed without any failures. After reboot the same error (Code 43)! Before that, the laptop had Windows 8 installed and the video card worked fine.

Usually code 43 means ''dump'' of the GPU of the video card and is treated only by replacing the chip or reballing.
