I display the infoblock with the news list component, error 404 on the detailed page of the infoblock, xs why, read about the CNC, set it up like this:

where is the section?
you have #SITE_DIR#/
and should be #SITE_DIR#/ here is the name of the folder where the component is called/ etc.
i.e. something like
#SITE_DIR#/news/
#SITE_DIR#/news/#SECTION_CODE_PATH#/
#SITE_DIR#/news/#SECTION_CODE_PATH#/#ELEMENT_CODE#/
