How to apply one set of discounts to two sites on Bitrix?

Good afternoon!
We have a desktop version of the site and a mobile version.
In Bitrix, you can use the created discount for only one site.
Thus, it becomes necessary to create a copy of the discount for the mobile version.
BUT!
In the case when we create a promotional code, for example, for a promotion with a 10% discount using the "STOP" promotional code,
then by making such a promotional code on a desktop discount, we will not be able to use a coupon with the exact same name on mobile.
How to solve the problem?
Is it possible somehow in principle to start one discount and use it on both sites?
Sites run on the same core.
