Error 3proxy bind(): Unknown error?

I tried to raise 3proxy on windows7 but it did not work out. The log is not very informative and reports "Accepting connections" first and then "bind(): Unknown error".
Minimum settings

auth none
proxy

I just run from the command line without installation, specifying the settings file

It looks like the windows firewall was to blame.

The "bind" error can be in three cases:
1. The port is busy
2. Insufficient rights (run as administrator, in your case, run cmd from the admin)
3. The Network Library used is not compatible with the OS

Most likely, this means that the external (external) address is incorrectly specified .
