Equalizer for Google Chrome?

Gentlemen, have you ever come across a plug-in for Google Chrome / Chromium, whose task is to control the amplitude-frequency characteristic of an audio signal?
I recently installed the Last.fm free music player plugin , which allows you to listen to music from Last.FM servers and immediately scrobble information about the tracks you listened to. It would be great to connect an equalizer for more comfortable listening.
Unfortunately googling turned up nothing. I couldn't find such a plugin for Chrome. However, during the search , a global equalizer for Pulse Audio was found. But, unfortunately, it has two significant drawbacks:
  - you can not specify any specific application, the equalizer is activated for the entire system;
  - when you select any preset, the overall volume level drops many times, and the music is almost inaudible at a normal volume level;
Thanks in advance for the good advice.

So far, only a separate virtual device created by pulseaudio comes to mind, and the equalizer is already in it, and only chrome uses this device

Well, did you manage to solve the problem?
I came across this equalizer for chrome: lab.ejci.net/Chrome-Audio-EQ/.
But it does not work with VK. Well, we will refine it, since it is open source :)
