Engine for simple games
You need an engine to quickly create simple 2D games like memory pairs, lines and the like, but with network support.
The language is not very important, the preference is Java, or C # with the .NET Framework.
Must support unicode.
GPL license (LGPL is even better) or compatible (libpng/zlib etc.).
The main criterion is development speed.
What do you advise?

If it's a library on which you can hang the network, music and graphics output - then maybe SDL?
If a simple open source engine for games with maximum ease of development, then I advise you to take a look at FBA.
