Enable Firefox context menu on video?

Hello colleagues!

The screenshot shows the browser context menu after right-clicking.
Exactly below it is the context menu of the flash player (its thin strip is slightly visible to the left of the menu). It is useless - only "pause, turn off the sound."
Question:
Please remind me how the useful context menu shown in the screenshot is enabled in Firefox. I remember that this option exists, but I can't remember or find where.
The fact is that this Firefox profile started to slow down for me, and I created another one. I dragged bookmarks, passwords, plug-ins there ... And in the second profile I can’t find the option to show the context menu of the browser; there pops up only that useless player menu.
Thank you!

I don’t remember the option, but you can press the right mouse button with a shift.
