Emulating a USB hub "in front of" a composite USB device?

Good afternoon colleagues! The gist is this:

  • In WinServer 2016, the previously separate Multipoint solution was made a role, i.e. you can use.
  • The essence of Multipoint is one computer, many monitors and mice. Like RDP - only with the ability not just to use thin or zero clients - but with the ability to completely get rid of them by connecting it all directly. Previously used only by educational institutions
  • Considering that the office and the number of employees are small, the idea came to buy monitors, wireless mice and keyboards and simply separate 4-5 video cables from the server and that's it. The room is comfortable and small, all along the walls.
  • I installed Multipoint services, tested it - everything works as expected, there is a Dashboard adapted for "educational" purposes from the box, where you can take control, broadcast your screen, etc. built-in tools. Pretty cool.
  • I bought Logitech keyboards and mice, there is the possibility of Unifying - to hook up to 6 devices to one receiver.
  • I experimentally found out that in order to work without thin and zero clients, in order for the station to correctly see the mouse and keyboard, they must be physically in the same hub. At the same time, if the hub has more connectors, all devices in these connectors will bind to the current station. If you install an active hub, and then insert another hub into it, and insert a keyboard into the second-level hub, the station will bind to itself only all devices in the second-level hub.
  • That is, the keyboard determines the hub that will bind to this station, in which there should then be a mouse, etc. , if the structure is multi-level - will bind only the last level-hub into which the keyboard is inserted

Actually the essence of the problem: thanks to technology from Logitech, I can tie both keyboard and mouse to one transmitter. But then I need to stick it all into the hub. And even if I install an active hub with power, I can't just insert 5 receivers for 5 pairs of keyboards into it, because the first receiver will bind the entire active hub to itself, and all the keyboards will go to one station.
Is it possible to somehow emulate that each receiver, which is already in the active hub, is in the "hub" (second level), without doing it physically. Physically, everything works, but buying 5 more small hubs, albeit for 2-3 branches, to stupidly insert only one receiver into each one, is as stupid as possible ...
