Empty array $_SERVER and $_REQUEST in PHP, what could be?

There is a script that reads data from the get parameters at the input and performs certain actions.
After the next server change (ubuntu), mysticism began - with some calls to the script, any parameters from $_SERVER and $_REQUEST are missing.
When resaving the script, it works correctly for periods and then the problem repeats again.
Worth nginx + apache2, tried directly on apache2. In this case, on different computers, the error manifests itself at different times.
Are there any thoughts on this?
The rights to the file have been set to 777 until clarification.
