Employment without a diploma, but with a certificate of completion of programming courses. Is it real?

Hello everyone :)
I came to you with such a question that interests me - can I get a full-time job in a company without a specialized education (higher / secondary prof.), Having completed courses at universities (I consider it as options for ITMO / Polytechnic University)?
Now about learning. Of all the currently known languages, I chose JS, but I chose front-end as the direction. man in this case.
From this I want to understand. Are there any chances to get a normal job with earnings from 30k, and if so, what are they?
Everyone for tea with:

From 2000 to 2008 I worked without a diploma. During this time, I managed to work as a C and Java programmer (including EE), a system administrator for a federal company, and the head of an IT department. The tower is not needed.

If you do not know anything, then the certificate will not help. And as a child you will not be taught there, the main thing is that you paid. It's easy to get a job without a degree.
Freecodecamp, why couldn't you pass there? Start then with code.org.

A certificate has no more weight than the words "I took [certain] courses." A diploma is needed in companies where it is determined by the rules, and many large companies belong to them. In some, the status of a bachelor is not enough and you will have to finish your studies in order to get there. By the way, not everyone asks for a degree in their specialty, sometimes it is important for them to have a degree in general.
Smaller companies will look at knowledge and experience, and they may not ask for a diploma at all.

it is more difficult than when an experienced person in this matter explains to you.

If everything is too difficult for you and you need a mentor, look towards an internship, or work for food. On the employer's side, you will be wasting other professionals' time on your training.

Courses and diplomas of retraining - Filkin's diploma. Neither of these will help you get a job. Take a guide to this https://habr.com/post/187770/ (the story is fake, but it sets the right course).
