Embedding inAppBilling in android app?

Hello!
Can you tell me how to correctly (the main thing is to work) integrate inAppBilling into an android application?
I want to make a paid disabling of advertising.
There is a project, I have already looked at a bunch of forums and videos, but all the methods either did not work as they should, or broke the project (Becky did it, they saved it more than once).
