Embedded online document or presentation editor - search?

Friends, the client turned up with an unexpectedly difficult task.
Looking for an online editor that:
- can be embedded in CMS / backend
- has an interface like Powerpoint or Word, paginates
- can work correctly with images with transparency
- can work with layers (for example, put text on top of an image)
- supports all kinds of creativity like image resizing, text colors and other similar goodies
- can save the final result in PDF, PNG or something else on (preferably) your own server
. Paid / free does not matter. The closest similar in functionality is Slidepoint.
I would be very grateful for any ideas.

pixlr.com/ - free, supports everything you listed, except for working with many pages. Saving happens only through its API - i.e. you are dependent on API crashes (which, according to our observations, have not yet happened in 2 months of use), but when you save, the API will make a POST request to your server and transfer the edited picture. If you supplement this editor with a separate jquery gallery control widget with drag-n-drop (for example, on sortable), you will get a more or less adequate web replacement for powerpoint. We use such a bundle in our project for a similar task.
