Email Notifications in RoundCube

Based on my previous question about storing mail exclusively on the server, the IMAP + RoundCube bundle was chosen. Thanks for helping me choose.
They put a round cube, everything in it is good and charming, except for one BUT. Not very good at notifying about new emails. The sound does not suit us, because no one has speakers and headphones, and changing the title of the browser window is not very convenient if several more tabs with other pages are open in the browser
I started digging towards third-party small software that would notify users with a pop-up window. There is a lot of such software, as far as I have dug up, but everything has one significant drawback - the software starts to report the appearance of new mail only when the letter arrives in the inbox (INBOX). That is, if I have a filter by which mail from the i.ua domain is moved to the i.ua folder, then the software will not beep about a new message.
Does anyone know software that can do this? The lighter, the better.
Another requirement, but not critical, is the ability to select folders that will be checked for new messages. For frequent messages that another letter has arrived in the SPAM folder are quite annoying.
Thanks for the help.
