How do I set up a new comment notification in Wordpress?

Hello.
Who knows where (or with what) in WP to set up a notification about new comments for other users (only comes to me)?
I created a website for a company, and they want to approve and steer comments themselves, how to implement this?
First, I created an editor account for them, but I saw that under this entry there is no "options" section in which discussions are configured.
Moved to the "administrators" group, ticked the notifications, but there is no result.
What I need is not a checkmark signing about replies to topics where you wrote, but notifications that a new comment has appeared on the site, or that it is waiting for approval.
I'm probably doing something wrong. Help advice.
