Which reminder calendar to take, working on a text file (Windows, + preferably Android)?

Maybe there is such a reminder calendar program that would take all the events from a simple text file that you can edit yourself?
No synchronization, built-in calendars and other things. Only events from file. Like Birthday! Millennium. Works on Win7 and Win10. Ideally, there would be a version for Android and this text file with dates would also fit it.
