Elasticsearch - how to fix the error?

Good afternoon, maybe someone has already encountered ...
there are two problems when starting a Java console application:
#1:
ERROR spark.http.matching.GeneralError -
org.elasticsearch.cluster.block.ClusterBlockException: blocked by: [SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE/1/state not recovered / initialized];
#2:
[elasticsearch[r2Gzbgh][generic][T#3]] WARN org.elasticsearch.node.Node - timed out while waiting for initial discovery state - timeout: 30s
how to fix?

It would be nice to:
1) show the Full log
2) describe the situation and the cluster configuration (what was changed and why)
For good, the first error indicates that there is a lock file somewhere or something has gone bad - log to the studio!
