Kibana: How to decode Russian letters in web logs?

I installed ELK (ElasticSearch with strapping).
I send logs from the Nginx web server there: Filebeat sends directly to ElasticSearch.
Everything is working.
But since many files on the web server (and, accordingly, the URL) have Russian names, things don't look good in Kibana:

Are there any ways to decode url.original so that Russian letters are shown?
I don't even know what term to google - "decode"? "convert"?
And who should do it - Kibana? filebeat?
Or do I need to screw Logstash?

@SlavikF

URL Decode is also in the pipelines of Elasticsearch itself.
