Efficient rollback from Catalina to Mojave without a backup?

Good afternoon. A question. I want to return to Mojave from Catalina. The problem is that the 2nd screw with backups is covered, and therefore you will have to put it clean. Still, I want to keep the software, the software data, to the maximum. Its mass, and most of the work, is already configured software. Tried to migrate from a cloned drive with Catalina, but doesn't want to with a newer OS version. Maybe just save the Applications, Library folders, maybe some other important folders, and then transfer them to mojave? If the entire user folder is probably covered by the system for sure) I would be glad for advice on how to return to Mojave as efficiently as possible)
