How to make windows in bootcamp see Macintosh HD?

Initially, there was one partition on which the apple tree stood, then I put windows through the bootcamp and everything was fine. Reading access was two-way. I needed another partition for file cleaning. Create it through the disk utility in the poppy and the bootcamp loader disappeared right there. After restoring the bootloader, through cunning manipulations, it was possible to restore the loading of the window, but now it does not see 2 partitions that were created for the poppy. Mac sees all 3 partitions.
The list patition only shows 2 sections. Moreover, the first one is the combined 2 sections of the poppy. How to make Windows detect these 2 partitions?
